General Affairs Manager

Placement: Sudirman, Jakarta

Working Arrangement: WFO

Working Hours: 08.00 17.00

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee office cleanliness and daily operations, including supervision of OB (Office Boy) and cleaning staff.
  • Handle office maintenance and repair, ensuring all facilities are well maintained and operational.
  • Manage office assets and inventory, including stock control of office supplies and ATS-related items.
  • Oversee company drivers, including scheduling, monitoring performance, and handling insurance matters in case of accidents.
  • Plan and coordinate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs.
  • Take charge of office events and large-scale internal activities, including event planning, concept development, and execution.
  • Ensure availability and proper functionality of office equipment and facilities.
  • Prepare and submit regular GA reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support office operations.
  • Report directly to the HRGA Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affairs / Office Management or related roles.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Creative and capable of developing concepts for office events and internal programs.
  • Strong attention to detail and high compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Able to follow directions well, structured, and comfortable working under established guidelines.
  • Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
