Job Description
- Manage and oversee office cleanliness and daily operations, including supervision of OB (Office Boy) and cleaning staff.
- Handle office maintenance and repair, ensuring all facilities are well maintained and operational.
- Manage office assets and inventory, including stock control of office supplies and ATS-related items.
- Oversee company drivers, including scheduling, monitoring performance, and handling insurance matters in case of accidents.
- Plan and coordinate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs.
- Take charge of office events and large-scale internal activities, including event planning, concept development, and execution.
- Ensure availability and proper functionality of office equipment and facilities.
- Prepare and submit regular GA reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support office operations.
- Report directly to the HRGA Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affairs / Office Management or related roles.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Creative and capable of developing concepts for office events and internal programs.
- Strong attention to detail and high compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Able to follow directions well, structured, and comfortable working under established guidelines.
- Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
