Job Description

  • Manage the company's General Affairs operations, including office facilities, asset management, vendor coordination, and daily operational support.
  • Lead the GA function while remaining hands-on in procurement processes, administrative tasks, office maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Ensure GA services are delivered effectively and efficiently in alignment with company policies, operational standards, and approved budgets.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, building management, and internal stakeholders to support operational and workplace needs.
  • Monitor GA operational budgets, prepare periodic reports, and continuously identify opportunities to improve service quality and cost efficiency.
  • Lead and oversee all Kitabisa events, whether pre-planned or ad hoc, ensuring effective coordination, budget governance, and successful execution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 46 years of experience in General Affairs or office operations, with prior team leadership experience preferred
  • Strong experience in vendor management, asset management, procurement, and office operational administration.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who understand and have experience handling regulatory matters in crowdfunding and insurance.
  • Willing to work in a hands-on role, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
