Job Descriprion:
Manage company's daily adminstrative and operational needs, acting as central support system by handling facilities (include HSE), permits, and employee services to ensure smooth business functions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Have minimum 1 year experience in general affair, asset management, or any related role
- Have basic skills to operate Microsoft Office, Autocad
- Proven experience in vehicle and company facilities maintenance
- Have strong communication and interpersonal, also administration skills
- Willing to work mobile (Graha Anabatic, Graha BIP, Ruko Bidex, or another location)
