General Affair Japanese Interpreter

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Intermediate to advanced level of Japanese Language and holding a minimum JLPT N2 certificate are preferred for this position
• Still active in using the Japanese Language
• Experienced in translating or interpreting duties
• Proactive and good interpersonal skills

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Provide general support and assistance to Japanese expatriates regarding living and working in Indonesia.
• Coordinate and facilitate the visa and passport application process for Japanese expatriates.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence related to expatriate affairs.
• Facilitate communication between Japanese expatriates and Indonesian by providing interpreting services.
