  • Manage and arrange monthly operational payments.
  • Handle reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Procure office supplies, pantry items, and other general office necessities.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with vendors; maintain strong and professional vendor relationships.
  • Arrange flight ticket bookings and travel-related matters.
  • Manage document shipments and courier coordination.
  • Assist the Manager in completing daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Affair (GA) staff or in a similar role.
    • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) mandatory.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
