GA Project & Expansion

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and recommend potential locations for new outlet openings in line with the companys growth strategy.
• Conduct comprehensive location feasibility studies, including demographic analysis, competitor mapping, traffic flow, and market potential.
• Manage lease, purchase, or partnership negotiations with property owners and external stakeholders.
• Lead the end-to-end relocation process for existing outlets, ensuring smooth operational transition, renovation, and layout adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in expansion, property acquisition, or real estate management Preferably in the F&B or Retail Industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with property, facility and asset
• Proven ability to conduct market and location feasibility analysis in a fast-paced business environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently to oversee project sites across multiple locations.
