Ensure the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, handle daily procurement of goods and services, and support other operational and administrative activities.
Perform maintenance of all facilities and office operational needs, handle general affairs such as; photocopiers, printers, telephones, electricity, water, air conditioning, pantry needs, and other needs.
Carry out the procurement process of goods and services including; work equipment (such as office stationery, computers, tables/chairs, air conditioners, etc.) and office facilities according to procedures and within the specified budget.
Perform maintenance activities on all facilities and supporting facilities, as well as the process of replacing damaged facilities.
Perform recording and maintenance of office assets, including related to work environment safety. Prepare recording reports related to the use of office facilities, operational expenses, and other routine activities.
Supervise outsourced work units related to GA such as; cleaning service, security officers, drivers
Supervise vendors or suppliers for daily maintenance or projects related to office facilities and office renovations.
Other duties as assigned by superiors.
About You:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum have 2 years of working experience in general affairs or procurement
Ability to communicate internally and externally, especially for negotiation process
