About The Role:
Responsible for managing office operations systematically to ensure compliance with audit standards and government regulations. The scope of work includes coordinating the procurement of goods and services (purchasing), vendor management, and handling employee insurance claims. Additionally, this role manages business travel accommodations and coordinates with stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations under the Human Capital Development division.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations systematically to ensure full compliance with audit standards and government regulations.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of company assets, including systematic recording and tax handling for buildings and vehicles.
- Coordinate the procurement process for goods and services to support company operations.
- Oversee vendor management and selection in accordance with internal compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Administer employee insurance claims and handle business travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Facilitate stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless daily operations within the Human Capital Development division.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3).
- At least 2 years of experience in General Affairs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Company Assets, Purchasing, and Insurance.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in handling Business Travel, SPJ, and Vendor Management.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Possess strong administrative and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder coordination.
- Capable of managing confidential information securely.
- Accustomed to working on multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
