GA/IT Maintenance (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor office/warehouse security during night shift (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
• Conduct routine checks on electricity, internet, server room, air conditioning, and backup systems.
• Monitor UPS, genset, and basic facility infrastructure.
• Monitor network stability (LAN/WiFi, internet connection).
• Provide basic troubleshooting for PC, printer, CCTV, and networking issues.
• Support user login/access issues (email, system access, shared folders).
• Ensure compliance with internal safety and security SOP.
• Prepare night shift summary report.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3)in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 13 years experiencein General Affair, IT Support, or Infrastructure Monitoring (Night Shift experience is a plus).
• Able to work night shift (including weekend if required).
• Willing to be placed at Cikarang Pusat and can join imnmediately.
• Have an intermediate English skill to communicate.
• Basic knowledge of Network (LAN, Router, Access Point), CCTV & Access Control System, basic hardware troubleshooting
• Strong sense of responsibility and alertness.
• Fast response and able to handle emergency situations calmly.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
