About the Program
The Seven Shaper Future Leadership Program is a 15-month structured leadership development program that prepares you to become a future growth leader at Seven Retail.

About the Role (What You'll Do)
- Support the design and execution of growth strategies across brands and functions
- Assist in driving strategic initiatives and business projects end-to-end
- Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and propose data-driven recommendations
- Identify operational inefficiencies and help implement improvement initiatives
- Work closely with leaders to support decision-making and performance optimization
- This role requires strong analytical thinking, execution discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for talents with high learning agility and a strong ownership mindset.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields from reputable universities
- Fresh graduate with internship experience or maximum 3 years of working experience
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, lookup functions; VBA is a plus), PowerPoint, and Word
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Result-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Willing to undergo a 15-month structured program
