Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Sales Associate located in Surabaya. The Furniture Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable furniture products. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining product knowledge, assisting in sales, providing excellent customer service, and handling inventory management. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensuring the showroom is well-presented at all times.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Retail Sales and Sales expertise
• Knowledge of Furniture products
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in retail or furniture sales is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus
