Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user requirement gathering and initial assessments.
  • Translate business needs into functional documentation (FSD/Blueprint).
  • Communicate user requirements to the technical/development team.
  • Perform system testing and validation.
  • Support software implementation.
  • Deliver training and user guidance.
  • Prepare and maintain user manuals and functional documentation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
  • 35 years of experience as a Software Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or System Analyst
  • Strong experience in user requirement analysis and business process mapping
  • Proven ability to produce FSD / Blueprint / functional documentation
  • Able to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams
  • Experience in system testing, implementation, and user training
  • Familiar with SDLC, UML/use case, and basic SQL
  • Good understanding of project timelines and deliverables
  • Experience in FSI / banking / insurance systems is a strong advantage
  • Analytical, communicative, adaptive, and able to work well in a team
