ROLE OVERVIEW
- Full-time, high-ownership role
- Build and scale our AI-powered WhatsApp platform across the stack (backend, frontend, and mobile with React Native)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fullstack development across back end and front end
- Mobile contributions with React Native
- End-to-end ownership from design to deployment
- AI integration via workflows/APIs for real messaging use cases
- Scalability and reliability with PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tools
- Front-end engineering with React/Next.js and Typescript
- Monitoring and performance improvements
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI engineers
NON-NEGOTIABLES
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills across front end and back end
- Track record of shipping production-ready applications
- Familiarity or willingness to work with React Native
- Bias for action build, test, and iterate quickly
- Hunger to learn AI, scalable systems, and product design
- Humility grow by listening and collaborating
BONUS SKILLS
- AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.)
- WhatsApp Business APIs or other messaging platforms
- Grafana/Prometheus or similar observability tools
