Fullers Properties is a premium real estate brokerage based in Bali, Indonesia. We specialize in high-quality investment villas, land, and hospitality assets for a global clientele. As part of our international expansion, we are inviting strategic partners to join our network as Fullers Global Associates.

This is not a traditional employment role its a performance-based, brand-authorized partnership that allows you to promote Bali properties in your region with full access to our brand, marketing support, and commission program.

What Youll Do

As a Fullers Global Associate, you will:

Represent Fullers Properties to clients in your country or global network

Use Fullers-branded brochures, videos, and content to market our listings

Refer qualified leads OR work closely with clients to help close transactions

Participate in our Bali-based sales and marketing team remotely

Build your own international real estate business without overhead

Commission Structure

50/50 Split If you actively participate in the transaction and complete our Fullers Consultant Training (80% pass score required)

30/70 Split If you only refer the lead and Fullers handles the transaction

All commissions are paid out from Bali and subject to 20% withholding tax (PPh 26) if you do not hold an Indonesian tax number (NPWP).

Youre a Great Fit If You:

Have a background in real estate, finance, or luxury/high-net-worth services

Are based in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Australia, Europe, the U.S., or similar markets

Speak fluent English (other languages a plus)

Are well-networked in your local or expat community

Are driven, ethical, and excited to represent a growing brand
