Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer in PIK2 North Jakarta. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of modern web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions using Next.js and FastAPI. Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, optimizing application performance, security, debugging, resolving software issues, and ensuring reliability across the system.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Back-End and Full-Stack Web Development.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining web applications using Next.js/React
• Develop backend services and APIs with FastAPI and Python.
• Design and implement REST APIs and backend architecture.
• Work with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data processing and reporting.
• Build responsive UI with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Optimize system performance and database queries.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications are highly desirable
• Proficient in React/Next.js, FastAPI, Python frameworks, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Strong SQL skills and experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Familiar with GitHub and modern development workflow
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Go (GoLang)
• Experience with Docker or containerized environments
• Familiar with Redis, caching, or microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud
