Senior Full-Stack Developer Batam Based or Willing to Relocate (Indonesian Only)
We're partnering with Our Client, a Singapore-based company building reliable and scalable digital products in the education space. They are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who takes pride in writing clean, efficient code and enjoys improving systems for long-term performance and maintainability. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role working closely with teams in Singapore and Batam.
Your Role
You will work across the full stack from database design and backend logic to frontend and mobile components while contributing to system architecture, performance optimization, and team growth.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web and mobile features
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, integrations, and AI-powered features
- Write clean, maintainable code and refactor existing systems for better scalability
- Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance (MariaDB)
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers across Singapore and Batam
- Support and guide team members as the development team scales
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Advanced PHP skills
- Strong SQL fundamentals and experience with MariaDB
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with ReactNative and Expo
- Strong WordPress customization and API development experience
- Experience with AI integrations (APIs or automation)
- Strong problem-solving skills and good English communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with push notifications
- Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, and Beanstalk
- Experience with testing, debugging, and performance tuning
- Experience working with remote or cross-border teams
