Job Description:

Analyse current warehouse fulfillment operations and processes across multiple warehouses across markets to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to enhance warehouse productivity, including workflow optimisation, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes
Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency while maintaining high standards of service
Utilise data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for optimisation
Collaborate closely with regional warehouse managers and be hands-on in implementing pragmatic improvement initiatives
Develop best practices handbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in warehouse operations
Codify best practices and ensure adherence across all warehouse locations within the Southeast markets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations management within the ecommerce industry, with a proven track record of driving operational improvements and cost savings
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
Willingness to travel to Southeast Asian markets to implement initiatives with local teams
Experience leading and executing projects focused on process optimisation, efficiency gains, and cost reduction across multiple locations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams to overcome implementation challenges
Proactive and results-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment
