Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Frontline Sales Executive to engage households and individual customers. While also to drive adoption of solar solutions among micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM). This role focuses on educating customers about solar energy benefits, providing tailored solutions, and driving sales growth in the residential segment.

Responsibilities

  • Approach and engage potential customers in assigned territories.
  • Present and promote Arysun's products and services effectively via whatsapp, zoom, phone calls & in person.
  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify sales opportunities through field prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to prospects.
  • Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to provide feedback.
  • Report daily/weekly sales activities and outcomes to the manager.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with persuasive ability.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer profiles and environments.
  • Comfortable with field work and frequent customer visits.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • High level of integrity and customer service orientation.
