Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in front office or guest service operations, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of front office systems, reservations, and guest handling procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
