Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office management role in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., OPERA)
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle guest complaints effectively
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Have experience with brand standard audit
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
