AYANA Hospitality is seeking a skilled and motivated Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk operation. You will oversee reception staff, manage guest inquiries and reservations, and ensure that our service standards are consistently met. Your leadership will inspire a team that is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office management role in the hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., OPERA)
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle guest complaints effectively
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Have experience with brand standard audit
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
