Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Denpasar. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients, managing email and phone enquiriea, performing check-in and cashiering duties and ensuring efficient front desk operations. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to provide a welcoming environment for our members and visitors.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Proficiency in various Clerical Skills and task management
• Experience with using systems such as Wodify and Moka POS.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills in English and Bahasa.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in a fitness or wellness setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
