We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative, clerical tasks, and also guest relation (including serving / F&B) such as :
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and meeting rooms
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Update meeting rooms availability, calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Serve food and beverages when necessary for office events and VIP meetings
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management/Apartment Management/ Restaurant or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- At least of 3 Year(s) working experience with Handling Food and Beverages
- Required Skill(s): communications; hospitality; guest services;
- Able to cook and prepare simple dishes are a plus.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
