Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail
  • Provide guests with accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room availability and guest satisfaction
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records of transactions

Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English; additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or front desk setting
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in hotel management software (PMS Opera is a plus)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor
