Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Desk Agent Mandarin Speaker, based in Batam. The Front Desk Agent will serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing check-ins, check-outs, and addressing inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include handling reservations, maintaining efficient communication with guests and team members, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service and reservation handling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality-related role is preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
