The Owner Relations Agent is responsible for maintaining strong, professional, and personalized relationships with villa owners, especially those who are French speaking or from other international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking and international villa owners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Coordinate villa operations by liaising with internal teams and providing updates on maintenance, occupancy, and guest feedback.
• Support financial reporting, ensuring accurate documentation, payments, and contract compliance.
• Manage owner satisfaction by handling feedback, resolving issues, and conducting regular check-ins.
• Assist in onboarding new owners and support business development efforts with international prospects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communication, French or related field.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Additional languages (such as Bahasa Indonesia or German) are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in client relations, hospitality, property management, or real estate, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
• Prior experience working with overseas clients is a strong advantage.
