About The Role
We are looking for a Freelance Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of projects and events in collaboration with university partners and international government agencies.
This role will take full ownership of project delivery from stakeholder coordination, internal alignment, documentation, to leading a small team to ensure smooth and professional execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project and event execution
- Serve as the main PIC for university partners and external stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, operations, design, etc.) to support project needs
- Lead and supervise assigned team members to ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Develop and manage project timeline, workflow, and deliverables tracking
- Prepare and manage structured documentation (Gantt chart, budgeting sheet, program deck, official letters, reports, etc.)
- Ensure smooth execution (pre-event, during event, and post-event follow-up)
- Prepare post-event evaluation and report
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Proven experience leading a project (professional work, organization, or community) as a PIC / project lead
- Experience managing or supervising team members is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
- Structured, detail-oriented, and highly accountable
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable handling external stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple moving parts, tight timelines, and work independently
