Job Description

We are Hyperfit Indonesia, a supplier of commercial fitness equipment for gyms, studios, hotels, hospitals, and property developers. We are looking for Freelance B2B Sales Executives to help expand our market and acquire new clients across Indonesia.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients (gym, studio, hotel, hospital, developer)
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects
  • Conduct product presentations (online/offline)
  • Follow up leads and manage sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with internal team for quotation and project execution
  • Achieve sales targets and close deals

COMPENSATION :

  • Commission-based (high incentive per deal)
  • Bonus for achieving targets
  • Flexible working system (remote / field)

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Experience in sales / business development (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Familiar with WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic digital tools
  • Has network in : Fitness industry / gym, Property / hotel / hospitality, Healthcare (hospital / physio) → plus point
  • Able to work independently (freelance basis)

  • Experience selling fitness equipment
  • Understanding of gym setup / fitness industry
  • Existing client database / connections
