This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta for a Freelance Agent. The role involves managing client relationships, showcasing properties for sale or rent, and guiding clients through the buying or rental process. The Freelance Agent will handle market research, engage in negotiations, and ensure smooth transactions. Additional responsibilities include developing marketing strategies to attract new clients and staying updated on the latest real estate market trends.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
• Sales, negotiation, and customer service experience
• Proficiency in market research and understanding of real estate trends
• Ability to execute marketing strategies for property listings
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently on-site
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English is preferred
• Prior experience in real estate is an advantage but not required
• Familiarity with Jakarta's real estate market is a plus
