Job Description

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Support daily customer relationship management activities and campaign execution using CRM tools.
  • Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.
  • Support campaign fulfillment and customer follow-ups.
  • Track customer interactions and campaign progress.
  • Prepare basic CRM and campaign reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams as needed.

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • D3 or Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Basic experience using CRM tools
  • Familiar with campaign support or customer data management (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of AI or automation tools is an advantage
  • This is a freelance remote position (WFH)
