Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular quality assurance or quality checks on the results of fraud investigations conducted by agents to determine compliance with established procedures, bank policies, and regulatory requirements through various sampling methods.
  • Documenting the results of fraud document reviews to ensure proper archiving.
  • Reviewing established work processes in the fraud unit and developing them if inefficient and ineffective work processes are identified to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Providing evaluations and feedback to agents based on performance reviews to improve agent productivity.
  • Providing appropriate development and training for agents to improve agent performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
  • Minimum 3 (three) years of work experience as a QA.
  • Understanding of banking industry regulations and business processes.
