Fraud Investigator - SPX Express

. Support the safety and security of SPX Express personnel and assets within the assigned area.
. Conduct investigations related to fraud, loss, damage, and other operational issues.
. Gather information and evidence, perform analysis, and prepare investigation reports.
. Coordinate with operations teams and relevant stakeholders to support case resolution.
. Monitor issues related to SPX Express and Shopee through social media and other available sources.
. Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, driver communities, and other external stakeholders.
. Provide regular updates and reports on case progress and area conditions.

. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in investigation, fraud, risk, compliance, audit, security, operations, or related fields.
. Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or other operational environments is a plus.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
. High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
. Willing to work in the field and travel for business when required.
. Willing to be based in Jakarta, Pontianak or Bali.
