Fraud Investigator - SPX Express (Denpasar)

Job Description:
- Support in fraud investigations (handle case escalations from other teams)
- Conduct interviews with witnesses and related parties
- Gather evidence (CCTV footage, system logs, interviews, etc.) and compile investigation reports.
- Layout assessments
- Identify fraud modus operandi (MO)
Requirements:
- At least 1â€2 years of experience in investigation, internal audit, risk management, compliance, or similar fields.
- Experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with control charts and logistics systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct investigative interviews professionally and objectively.
- Proficient in preparing chronological case reports and documentation.
- Strong integrity and work ethic.
- Able to handle pressure and manage sensitive situations calmly.
- Willing to be placed in Denpasar, and willing to travel for business across cities.
