Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Franchise Business Development Manager located in West Jakarta. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business development opportunities, building strong relationships with franchise partners, and negotiating franchise agreements. Additional responsibilities include implementing business growth strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing franchise operations, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, franchise management, and client relationship management
• Experience in developing franchisees in Sumatra, Kalimantan and Batam.
• Preferable to have completed the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) Program.
• Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in sales planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with franchise regulations, contracts, and compliance standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in franchising and knowledge of the Indonesian market is a significant advantage
