About The Role As FP&A Manager
We are seeking a high-potential Finance Manager (FP&A) to support group-level financial planning, budgeting, and business performance analysis. This role is ideal for someone analytical, curious, and eager to grow a future finance leader ready to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial scenario planning at group level.
- Provide actionable insights through variance analysis and management reporting.
- Monitor P&L, cash flow, and working capital to optimize financial performance.
- Support M&A evaluations, investment feasibility (IRR, payback), and business cases.
- Build digital dashboards and financial infographics for management.
- Work closely with the CFO, CEO, and HR on strategic and operational decisions.
- Partner with plant finance teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
- Identify opportunities to optimize cost, process efficiency, and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Qualified Accountant (CPA, CA, or equivalent) preferred.
- 58 years experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or management accounting.
- Proven analytical ability advanced Excel and ERP (Oracle/SAP) skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industries preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Ambitious, curious, and ready to step up into a succession-track role.
