Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Founding Partner at LINKID. The Founding Partner will work closely with the founding team to execute strategies that align with the company's mission and vision. Key responsibilities will include developing and refining the business model, fostering strategic partnerships, leading initiatives for user engagement, overseeing sales and marketing efforts, and analyzing data-driven opportunities for growth. As a Founding Partner, you will collaborate to establish and scale LINKID's presence while embodying its mission and cultural values.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas, foster relationships, and present effectively
  • Experience in sales with knowledge of building and sustaining partnerships
  • Marketing skills with an understanding of brand positioning and growth strategies
  • Aptitude for research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes
  • Leadership experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social networking platforms is a plus
  • Background in business development, entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred
