Adecco Indonesia is currently on the look out for a Forensic Internal Auditor. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing forensic audit systems and processes focused on finance and accounting. This role goes beyond investigation the incumbent is expected to build forensic frameworks, tools, and methodologies for clients to proactively detect and prevent fraud.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enhance forensic audit systems and processes related to finance and accounting.
- Design forensic frameworks, SOPs, and methodologies tailored to client needs and risk profiles.
- Conduct forensic audits and investigations to detect fraud, financial irregularities, and misconduct.
- Perform deep-dive analysis of financial statements, GL, journal entries, and transactional data to identify anomalies.
- Translate forensic findings into practical, implementable recommendations for clients.
- Support clients in embedding forensic processes into their existing finance, accounting, and internal control environments.
- Assist in developing fraud risk assessment models and prevention mechanisms.
- Prepare forensic reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
- Work closely with clients to ensure forensic systems are operational, sustainable, and aligned with business realities.
Job Qualifications
- Big 4 background is mandatory (Forensic / Assurance / Risk / Advisory)
- Strong expertise in forensic finance & accounting, including fraud detection techniques.
- Hands-on experience in building and implementing forensic systems or processes, not limited to review or assessment only.
- Proven ability to develop forensic frameworks, SOPs, and audit methodologies for clients.
- Solid understanding of finance & accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Able to explain complex forensic concepts in a clear, practical manner to clients.
