Job Description



. Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology
. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
. Knowledge of raw material testing methods and QC releasing procedures.
. Skilled in organoleptic testing, acid-base titration, argentometric titration, and proximate analysis.
. Familiar with pH meters, refractometers, and moisture analyzers.
. Good understanding of GMP, GLP, 5R, HACCP and ISO standards in food manufacturing.
. Analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy and product quality.
. Placement in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.


  • Lead and perform laboratory analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products accurately and on time.
  • Conduct organoleptic tests, titration, proximate analysis, and other relevant quality checks.
  • Record, verify, and report analytical results clearly and precisely.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure reliability.
  • Lead the laboratory team to maintain quality, discipline, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with Production, QC Field, and R&D to resolve quality issues and support process improvement.
