Footwear Pattern Engineer(Procam Dimension)

Job Description

• Make pattern changes and grading in the Production Preparation team
• Support production readiness through accurate pattern updates
• Communicate closely with ME (Manufacturing Engineering) on pattern-related topics
• Follow up and apply pattern changes based on production and trial feedback
• Support smooth handover from development to production

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in footwear pattern work
• Strong Procam skills for pattern modification and grading
• Good understanding of grading rules and size scaling
• Detail-oriented and able to manage pattern accuracy
• Experience working with production or readiness teams is a plus
