Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Explain menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and provide recommendations.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
Coordinate effectively with kitchen and other team members.
Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and service standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience as a Waiter/Server (fresh graduates with good attitude are welcome).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and grooming.
Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
Able to work well in a team environment.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
