Food Safety & Quality Surveillance Intern

Job Description :

• Watch live or recorded feeds from numerous cameras on multiple screens to identify suspicious or unusual activity (quality related)
• Control camera positions and zoom, and manage the recording and storage of video footage
• Create and maintain accurate logs and reports of all QC activities, incidents, and observations

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree holders are welcome to apply - preferably in industrial engineering or related fields
• Strong analytical, comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets)
• Basic understanding about CCTV; ability to monitor and analyze live and recorded footage
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
