We are looking for Flavorist and this position will be placed in Sidoarjo.
Job Description:
- Analyze market trends and connect with customer needs to conduct research and development of HNB cigarette products, leading the development and application of HNB product flavor formulations.
- Develop new flavor formulations for HNB cigarette products by applying various types of flavors and fragrances to specific encapsulated flavors and top notes to create unique products.
- Maintain the flavor formulations of existing HNB products, lead flavor improvement, cost reduction, and compliance verification.
- Maintain the flavor resource library and establish technical standards for flavors. Perform sensory evaluation of HNB flavor materials and HNB cigarette products.
Requirements:
- Familiar with traditional tobacco or HNB cigarette manufacturing processes, with more than 4 years of experience in cigarette or HNB product development.
- Knowledgeable about the properties and applications of various flavor materials, capable of independently developing formulations for popular market flavors such as tobacco, fruity, clove, etc.
- Skilled in sensory evaluation of cigarette or HNB products.
- Prior experience in developing e-cigarettes or HNB cigarette products is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, with good proficiency in spoken English.
