Currently we're looking for a Fixed Asset & Capex Reporting Officer to join our team at the Special Economic Zone Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra. In this role that you are about to embark on, you will be responsible for monitoring: fixed asset and capex spend recording, hygiene, Accounting Policy Manual (APM), Global Financial Control Framework (GFCF) and supporting strategic business operation. This position will collaborate with various department in focus with project team and all fixed asset owner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring all capital spend and fixed asset register following APM rule.
2. Review and analyze capital work in progress
3. Forecast capex spending & prepare related reports
4. Maintain accurate records of fixed asset acquisition, transfer and disposal
5. Conduct fixed asset verification and implementation of corrective action
6. Ensure proper tagging
7. Monitor monthly depreciation
8. Support on tax & financial audit
9. Compliance to GFCF controls

Requirement & Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing company.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
4. Fluency in English, both spoken and written
5. General knowledge and experience with the ERP (SAP FICO) Module in the Oleochemical Industry.
