Fintech AI Sales director

1. Possess a solid industry background and mature business handling capabilities, with extensive experience in AI SaaS or AI product sales in Indonesia or Southeast Asia, and a strong client base in the financial industry.

2. Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference given to backgrounds in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.

3. Proficient in English, capable of using it as a working language for efficient business communication and solution presentations.

4. Experience in sales to overseas financial industry clients is required, and candidates with successful sales cases and a verifiable performance record will be preferred.

5. Excellent customer relationship management and channel expansion skills, capable of establishing long-term, stable business relationships with overseas clients and partners.

6. Familiar with fintech market dynamics, regulatory policies, and cultural differences in various regions (e.g., Latin America, Southeast Asia), and able to customize sales strategies based on local conditions.
