Role Description

We are seeking a Financial Strategist for a full-time, on-site position at our Uluwatu studio. The Financial Strategist will be responsible for creating and managing financial plans, analyzing financial data, overseeing accounting practices, and providing insights to support Studio Fondue's growth. Key responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, crafting strategic plans, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance financial health.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as Finance 
• Strong understanding of Financial Modeling, Forecasting, Budgeting, and Finance Strategy Development
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and translate it into actionable business strategies
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Xero, Accurate, MYOB, QuickBooks, Excel)
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Prior experience in financial roles; experience in the wellness or retail industry is a plus
• Familiarity with investment analysis, risk management, or corporate finance is a plus
• Fluency in English is essential
