What You'll Do:
Prepare all reports needed to be sent to the regulatory, internal company and group. This position also maintain all manual journal related to borrowing, hedging, capitalization cost and income related to the portfolio.
- Assisting in the production of regulatory reporting to BI and OJK and ensure the regulatory report is prepared in a timely manner
- Gathering and review the data needed to perform the regulatory reporting from internal department or cross department to ensure the figures in regulatory reporting already correct
- Review reports that will be submitted to the regulatory and internal company
- Prepare report related to the group package
- Preparing and maintaining regulatory reports, including filing and backup of data
- Reconciliation of regulatory reporting into balances of GL
- Responsible for ad hoc projects from regulatory, such as implementation regulation from OJK and or BI and ensure the implementation will be running smoothly.
- Update policy related to the reporting (if needed)
- Review subsidy process and the reconciliation
- Prepare amortization process for the capitalization cost related to portfolio
- Prepare weekly journal for the weekly closing

- You possess excellent communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with various departments.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and familiarity with regulatory reporting standards and requirements.
- Experience with BI and OJK reporting is highly desirable.
