Financial Reporting Assistant Manager - Jakarta

As a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial reporting activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external auditors, drive process improvements, and strengthen financial governance to support business decision-making and sustainable growth.

What will you do

• Responsible for managing the monthly closing activities.
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and company policies.
• Support documentation for due diligence and regulatory filling.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely external audit completion.
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.

What are we looking for

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CPA or MBA preferred.
• At least 5-6 years of working experience in the related field.
• In depth knowledge of IFRS standard and accounting software.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in external audit, publicly-listed company and FMCG preferred.
