Financial Planning Analyst

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• Has 2–3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Accounting
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace preferred
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and timelines
• Effective communicator and comfortable working cross-functionally

Job Description :

• Support FP&A Manager in the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering, validating, and maintaining financial inputs
• Track and maintain financial and operating metrics for daily/weekly/monthly reporting with high data accuracy and consistency
• Investigate performance drivers and flag anomalies for review during Monthly Business Performance Review preparations
• Act as business partner for assigned scope
