  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • 23 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Budgeting.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Effective communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal

Job Description

  • Support the FP&A Manager in the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering, validating, and maintaining financial inputs.
  • Track and maintain financial and operating metrics for daily/weekly/monthly reporting with high data accuracy and consistency.
  • Investigate performance drivers and highlight anomalies for review during monthly business performance review preparations.
  • Act as a business partner for assigned scopes such as commercial channels (e.g., B2B sales performance, channel spend) and operational cost components (e.g., warehouse cost, shipping, packaging, fulfillment expenses) by providing regular and ad-hoc financial analysis.
  • Perform daily Opex Budget Tracking from PR/RP submissions and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting team to review accruals and accounts prior to month-end closing.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, process automation, budgeting/reporting tool enhancements, and other initiatives as directed by the FP&A Manager.
