As a business partner of Marketing Team, candidate will analyze brands performance trends especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
Prepare business case, SKU profitability report, Marketing activities review
Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
Improve and implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
Support regional and global in quarterly and annual forecasting requirement
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analysis experience required, with 4-6 years FP&A and Category Finance experience in multinational and FMCG company
Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
