Financial Director

Position: Financial Manager (Indonesia New Energy Company)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and improve the financial system

• Take the lead in establishing the financial management policies, systems, and internal control framework for the Indonesia New Energy Company in accordance with the holding company's guidelines and management requirements, and ensure effective implementation.

1. Financial budgeting, accounting, and taxation

• Oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including annual budget preparation, monthly rolling profit forecasts, routine financial accounting, monthly financial reporting, tax management, and year-end financial closing.

1. Treasury management

• Be responsible for corporate financing activities, management of fund receipts and payments, and ensuring compliance in fund disbursements; improve the efficiency of working capital utilization.

1. Business operation support and financial analysis

• Conduct regular multi-dimensional financial analysis (e.g., profitability, cost structure, capital efficiency) to reveal business drivers and risks; provide management with specialized reports and data-driven recommendations to support operational decision-making, pricing strategies, and performance improvement.

1. Financial digitalization

• Lead the implementation of financial informatization projects within the company.

1. Stakeholder communication

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to foster cooperative relationships.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of comprehensive financial management experience. Familiarity with SAP, LanKe consolidation reporting system, or similar systems is preferred.
3. Proficient in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management, and related laws and regulations.
4. Possession of professional certifications such as CPA, CAAC, or equivalent is preferred.
5. Strong analytical, judgment, communication, coordination, and risk control abilities.
6. Fluent in English for workplace communication; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
